Dies ist das erste grosse Ölbild in einer neuen Rakeltechnik, welche noch pastösere und verschwommenere Konturen erzielt. Stark kontrastreich. Dominant in Gelb. Jedoch auch viele Rot und Blautöne, bis hin zu dunklem Blau und Schwarz. Aufgezogen auf einem hochqualitativen Museumskeilrahmen mit einer beeindruckenden Tiefe von 6 cm. Sehr präsent im Raum. So this is what classically looks like old masters. My painter friend said it should have a Dutch name. I found that presumptuous. Anyway: another classic abstract image. I have no idea what phase of life I was going through at the moment. The picture must of course be hung in an oak frame!
